08:30You're on-site. The client wants a noise survey done before the machines reach full pace. You open Halo HSE, tap New calculation, name it, and start entering readings from your sound level meter.
10:15Four periods logged with duration, SPL, and activity notes. The L_EX,8h reads 91.2 dB(A) — UAV reached. You tap Save, then Share, and export a signed PDF with your NEBOSH number in the surveyor block.
10:22The client has the report in their inbox before you're back at your van. Before you pull away you open Reports and log what you saw in Bay 4: two operators in the 91 dB(A) zone with no hearing protection. Two lines, a photograph, filed under PPE — 89/656/EEC — and linked to the survey you just saved, so the PDF names the number behind it. It stays on the open list until somebody closes it out.
That's the day. Your work, done in the tool made for it.
